IndiaBulls is one of India's leading financial services companies. They needed a portal where customers could buy and sell property online - listings, tools, and services in one place.
Web, Android, and iOS. PHP, React, MySQL, and Elastic Search, with a custom CMS.
Buying or selling property in India meant listings scattered across brokers, newspapers, and word of mouth. IndiaBulls wanted to bring the whole process online: owners and their own admin teams listing properties, buyers searching, renting or buying in one trusted place.
The platform also had to carry the services around property - mortgage calculators, guidance, and resources - because a real estate decision is also a finance decision. This was a national-scale build for a company whose name carries serious weight in Indian finance.
We built a portal that serves property owners, buyers, and the IndiaBulls team - with the tools each side needs.
Owners and admin staff list properties; buyers browse, filter, and contact.
Elastic Search powered fast, relevant property discovery across thousands of listings.
Finance tools that connect the property decision to the loan decision.
The IndiaBulls team manages listings and content without developer involvement.
Android and iOS apps so the portal lives in the pocket, not just the browser.
Support for renting alongside buying and selling.
The portal shipped as a complete product: web, native mobile, and a CMS the client controls. For a company of IndiaBulls' scale, reliability and trust were the real requirements - and that is what we built around.
Client metrics are theirs to share. Ours to say: it launched, it ran at national scale, and it remains one of the projects that taught us how to build for serious enterprises.
Property search today is still filter boxes. We would build natural-language search - 'a 3BHK under 2 crore near a metro station in Mumbai' - with AI valuation estimates on every listing. That turns the portal from a listings directory into a decision tool, which is where the real estate market is heading.
